Job Details

We?re looking for an experienced Building Automation Service Manager to lead a growing team of field technicians across the Dallas?Fort Worth area. This person will oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure system performance, and build long-term client relationships through quality support and technical excellence.

What You?ll Do
  • \tLead and mentor the BAS service team, managing daily scheduling, dispatch, and field performance.
  • \tProvide high-level technical guidance for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and optimization of BAS/DDC control systems.
  • \tDevelop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and service contracts.
  • \tCoordinate with operations, engineering, and project teams to support upgrades, retrofits, and service transitions.
  • \tMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and technical expertise.
  • \tTrack service KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We?re Looking For
  • \t7+ years of experience in Building Automation / HVAC Controls with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role.
  • \tStrong technical background in BACnet, DDC controls, and energy management systems.
  • \tExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
  • \tAbility to manage multiple service teams and client portfolios across the DFW metro.
  • \tBachelor?s degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred, not required).

Nice-to-Haves
  • \tExperience with Reliable Controls, Tridium Niagara, or similar BAS platforms.
  • \tFamiliarity with retrofits, system migrations, and analytics tools.
  • \tExperience supporting K?12, higher education, or healthcare facilities.
