Position: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Employee Central & UKG

Location : REMOTE

1. Need success factor candidate with SAP Configuration exp
2. UKG Experience is must
3. Employee central Module EXP is MUST
4. Candidate will be responsible in setting up all process in New entity ( Ex- Pay sales, Business rules, Creating pay regions )
5. 9 -10 years handson EXP is must
6. Remote role but prefer candidates from EST / CST Time zone
7. THIS IS NOT A BA ROLE

• Deep understanding of UKG Workforce Dimensions and strong functional knowledge of UKG modules including:

• Workforce Dimensions

• Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping

• Workforce Dimensions Accruals

• Workforce Dimensions Absence

• Workforce Dimensions Analytics

• Dell Boomi Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform

• Workforce Dimensions Outlook Plugin

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing UKG modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Knowledge of how UKG Workforce Dimensions integrate with other applications like. Integration knowledge with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Experience working in any modules of SAP/S4 HCM/SuccessFactors is desirable
