Job description:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• 15+ years of program / project management experience, with extensive exposure to Pega platform implementations.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale Pega deployments in a program management role.
• Strong understanding of Pega’s capabilities and how to leverage them across various business units.
• Certification in Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMP with a focus on technology implementations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams."
• Oversee the entire program life cycle from initiation to closure, with a significant focus on Pega platform implementations across multiple projects in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance domains.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans tailored to mitigate disruptions in Pega deployments within financial services and insurance operations.
• Establish and monitor program control processes to ensure that Pega implementations meet regulatory, compliance, and quality standards specific to BCM and Insurance.
• Coordinate with Pega system architects and developers to ensure strategic alignment and effective resource utilization across domain-specific workflows.
• Provide executive reporting on the status of Pega projects, highlighting milestones, risks, and overall program health, with domain-specific insights and KPIs.
