Marketing Communication Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team in a contract role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with translation projects and coordinate with external documentation suppliers and technical writers.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing Communications Specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Support various marketing initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in working with marketing communication tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing translation projects or working with translation suppliers.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques relevant to the healthcare industry.
