Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Finance Manager to manage technology financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project financial analysis, cost allocation, vendor spend, and executive financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience partnering with IT, Finance, Procurement, and technology leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting and Forecasting: Build and manage annual IT operating and capital expense budgets. Monitor monthly variances against forecasts.
Project Financial Analysis: Evaluate business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI for new software, hardware, and IT vendor contracts.
Cost Allocation and Tracking: Manage chargebacks, cost allocations, and general ledger reconciliations for technology units.
Vendor and Asset Optimization: Partner with procurement to analyze vendor spend, negotiate contracts, and find cost-saving opportunities.
Executive Reporting: Prepare dashboards, metrics tracking (KPIs/OKRs), and presentations to communicate financial performance to IT and finance leaders.
Preferred / Desirable Skills:
Experience supporting Cyber Security / IAM Professional Services.
Understanding of technology vendor management and optimization.
Experience with IT financial dashboards and KPI/OKR reporting.
Experience working in large enterprise technology environments.
