JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:

2-4 years of experience in fundraising, stewardship, donor relations, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency with Blackbaud Raiser''s Edge is a plus.

Confidentiality:

Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive donor data and financial matters.

Soft Skills:

Strict attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and fluent in business English. Must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
