Job Title- Sr TDM Architect

Location-Hybrid in NY, NY (in office 3 days a week)

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Seeking an expert in planning, analyzing, setting up Test Data Management, Data Conversions and Test Environment setup using TDM methodologies and commercial TDM products like Synthesized.io, and/or Delphix, Informatica TDM, Genrocket, CA TDM.
• Required to perform TDM functions of Data Setup on existing applications- with solution provisioning and guiding other team members, developing methods for day-to-day data provisioning, build frameworks for Data Mining and Data Reservation, build TDM (Test Data Management) solutions for data provisioning for Domain and Enterprise-wide apps, python and snowflake knowledge would be advantage.
• Develop & execute long term Enterprise Test Data Management Strategy
• Understanding for implementation of large scale TDM project with Tools like Delphix, Genrocket, Synthesized.io
• Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process, develop TDM synthetic framework.
• Work directly with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Policies were consistently followed.
• Coordinated activities across multiple operations teams including Storage, OS, and DBA teams
• Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments
• Ensure process is followed in test deliverables are created including testing approach, testing scenarios, conditions and expected results, test scripts and testing control sheets.
• Understand and align with roadmaps of key consumers. Execute formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance review.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Extensive Technical Experience specialized in Test Data Management, Data Conversions and Test Environment setup.
• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Architect role specializing in Delphix, Gen-Rocket and IBM Optim tool on Mainframe z/OS & Distributed Platforms.
• Managed enterprise test data strategy, data privacy, test data tools, test data provisioning for industry leading customers
• Worked on setting up self service portal for clients for Data Provisioning
• Managed projects with Data as a Service
• Experience working in a Consulting work environment.
• Experience working & Coordinating in Large Scale Projects.
