The Senior Product Manager role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-platform (retail and digital) consumer experiences.
Location : US (Remote)
The key requirements for this role include:
* Experience : At least 5+ years of e-commerce and digital product development experience, specifically within consumer digital products like commerce, community, and personalization.
* Agile Proficiency : Extensive experience working in agile environments, including creating user stories, POCs, and managing the product as an owner.
Technical & Design Skills : A solid technical background in software development/web technologies, with the ability to create wireframes, user flows, and functional requirements.
Data-Driven Decision Making : A proven track record of using behavioral data, A/B testing, and research to validate product decisions and drive measurable business impact like conversion and revenue growth.
Strategic Leadership: The ability to manage third-party partners, collaborate across matrixed teams (marketing, IT, operations), and develop company-wide go-to-market plans.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of mobile applications, subscription business models, and retail industry trends.
