  • 10+ years of extensive experience in leading large, complex projects.

  • PMP and/or comparable project management certifications.

  • Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.).

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio.

  • Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes preferred.

  • Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format documents (review-level experience acceptable).

  • Experience as primary liaison between sponsor, stakeholders, team members, and vendors.

  • Experience in managing project delivery based on staffing (resource) and financial constraints.
