Job Description:

Primary requirement is for a strong Quality Engineering resource with hands-on expertise in Tricentis TOSCA Automation. SAP S/4HANA experience will be an added advantage, but TOSCA expertise remains the key skill requirement.

Led enterprise-wide implementation of Tricentis TOSCA Model-Based Test Automation across SAP and Utility applications, significantly reducing manual testing effort and improving regression coverage.
Designed and established scalable TOSCA automation frameworks, reusable modules, libraries, and business components to support multiple testing initiatives.
Developed and maintained automated test suites for SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA, Web Portals, Mobile Applications, APIs, and third-party integrations using TOSCA.
Defined automation roadmaps and identified high-value business processes suitable for automation, improving overall testing ROI and release efficiency.
Implemented risk-based testing strategies leveraging TOSCA's Impact Analysis capabilities to optimize regression testing cycles.
Managed TOSCA Commander repositories, workspace administration, version control, user access management, and automation asset governance.
Established reusable test design methodologies using TOSCA's Model-Based Architecture, enabling faster script development and easier maintenance.
Developed automated API, Web Service, Database, and End-to-End integration tests using TOSCA's API Scan and Test Case Design capabilities.
Utilized TOSCA Test Case Design (TCD) to create data-driven and combinatorial test scenarios, increasing test coverage while minimizing test case duplication.
Led automation execution planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across multiple environments and releases.

Preferred Experience

10+ years in Testing and Quality Engineering
Strong experience in SAP IS-U/S4 HANA Testing.
Hands-on expertise in Tricentis TOSCA Automation.
Utilities domain experience in Electric, Gas, or Water companies.
Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
