Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Data and AI Program Manager reporting directly to global Data and AI Chief of Staff. You will serve as an enterprise leader for Data and AI, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise wide Data and AI initiatives.

The Data and AI Program Manager will ensure the disciplined execution and value realization while delivering clear, compelling communication to internal and external stakeholders. The role operates at the intersection of strategy, program management, and executive communication.

What you will be responsible for

As a Data and AI Program Manager, you will:
  • Coordinate and lead global Data and AI Programs by partnering with cross-regional technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors on the planning, execution, and implementation of IT initiatives. Own day-to-day management of assigned programs to ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Own program documentation and governance, including program plans, status reports, and key decision records. Ensure full alignment with program and project governance, risk management, and audit requirements, and provide proactive support during internal or external reviews.
  • Identify, track, and manage program and operational risks, maintaining up-to-date mitigation and contingency plans. Proactively resolve issues where possible and escalate critical risks and dependencies in a timely and structured manner to ensure informed decision-making by leadership.
  • Act as a key stakeholder interface, ensuring alignment across technology, business, and management teams, and delivering clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate program communications.

  • Experience in Enterprise-wide program management with demonstrated project management capability in technology-enabled environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional stakeholders in both verbal and written contexts.
  • High proficiency in project and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Confluence, and similar platforms. Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience in IT Compliance, Data Management, or AI project management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and sound judgment in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, vendor management, capacity planning, or PMO related roles. Experience working on large-scale programs is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of software engineering concepts (e.g., system architecture, APIs/integrations, data flows, cloud basics).
  • PMP certification, Data Governance, or any additional project management-related certifications are highly desirable.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
