About the Role
Our client is a world-leading orthopaedics manufacturer with a significant US manufacturing footprint. The Raynham, MA site produces joint reconstruction implants and surgical instruments in a strictly regulated environment (ISO 13485 / FDA QSR 820). This is a pivotal hire for an operationally demanding, high-visibility site.
The company is currently in an exciting period of transition — the orthopaedics division is being established as a fully independent entity, creating significant career opportunity for the right hire.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a manufacturing team to meet production targets and quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with business goals
• Monitor processes; identify and implement efficiency and waste-reduction improvements
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver training programs to build team capability
• Oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes
