We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in
Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, and provide ongoing functional support to ensure smooth HR operations and system optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Analysis - Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Document business processes, workflows, use cases, and functional design specifications.
- Recommend best practices and Oracle Cloud–aligned process enhancements.
Oracle HCM Cloud : - Support Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and others as required.
- Perform functional validation, and environment configuration.
Testing : - Support end-to-end implementation activities including design workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead and execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Assist with data migration activities using HDL, HCM Extracts, and other tools.
Production Support & Issue Resolution - Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud users.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate fixes, and ensure minimal impact on business operations.
- Manage enhancements, change requests, and release updates.
Reporting & Integrations - Support HCM reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support interfaces, integrations, and workflows.
Training & Documentation - Create user guides, configuration documents, and SOPs.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to HR teams and end-users.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
- Experience in full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Experience in global HR environments.
