W2 Position
We are looking for an experienced UX researcher, preferably with experience in Wealth Mgmt/Capital markets, responsible for helping define and drive the future of our product. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

Job Responsibilities:
o Conducting User Research: use various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies, to gather data about user behavior and preferences.
o Evaluating and Reviewing Existing Products: Analyzing the user experience of existing product and services, to identify areas for improvement.
o Analyzing Data: Interpreting data collected from user research, identifying trends, and extracting meaningful insights.
o Communicating Insights: Clearly and concisely presenting research findings to designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that insights are understood and actionable.
o Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
Working closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and other team members to ensure that research findings inform design and development decisions.
o Promoting User-Centered Design: Championing user-centered design principles and ensuring that research findings are used to create positive and inclusive experiences for all users.
Skills and Experience:
o About 7-8 years of expertise/experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, preferably in Financial/Capital Markets domain.
o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the importance of putting the user first.
o Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present research findings to diverse audiences.
o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and Product Managers.
o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the importance of putting the user first.
o Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
