Role Overview
We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to facilitate delivery for multiple teams. The role involves leading agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with project requirements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong technical acumen, focused on execution and delivery in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams on a release train.
- Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies and other routines to support team delivery.
- Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple scrum teams and system partners.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to support deliverable completion and timelines.
- Provide status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule to management and leadership.
- Work with product owners and team members to coordinate the release delivery of assigned epics.
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards, particularly in Jira, PPRT, Release Manager, and Remedy tools.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence others.
- Partner effectively with others to advance the initiative.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience is required as a Scrum Master or in another technical service delivery role supporting programs or projects.
Skills:- Proficiency in Lean and/or SAFE agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Jira for agile project delivery.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results.
- Knowledge of software development and testing.
- Ability to comply with standards for Enterprise Change Management.
- Capability to provide project status updates or escalate issues to senior leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards.
- Knowledge of AML CDD processes and functions.
- Proficiency in enterprise tools, including PPRT, Release Manager, and Remedy.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Industry certifications in PMP or SAFE.
