Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with PMP and Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification to support large-scale enterprise initiatives in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and leading organizational change efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects from initiation through completion.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

  • Implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to support business transformation initiatives.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level presentations.

  • Ensure projects follow PMO standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Required

  • OCM (Organizational Change Management) Certification PROSCI Required

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience

  • Experience managing large enterprise or IT transformation projects

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies

  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with government or public sector organizations

  • Strong background in enterprise technology implementations

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
