SUMMARY
The Group Product Senior Manager for Digital and Banking Solutions is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the vision for banking products and digital solutions. This position combines deep expertise in financial services with a focus on digital innovation, driving product development and transformation across customer segments and delivery channels. This positions also leads cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions that align with the bank's strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Faster Payments: helps lead projects in the faster payments space, including but not limited to FedNow, RTP, Zelle, open banking, fraud detection services, and other related services.
  • Leads strategic planning and execution of banking product portfolios, including deposit and loan products.
  • Drives digital services initiatives for Online Account Opening, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.
  • Develops and manages product and digital solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize the Online Account Opening process to increase application volume.
  • Enhances Online and Mobile Banking experiences by introducing new features, services, and improved UI.
  • Improves digital reporting capabilities and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders in business units, technology, compliance, finance, and operations to deliver integrated product strategies.
  • Champions data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics to inform product development, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversees the full lifecycle of digital products, from ideation through launch and continuous enhancement.
  • Ensures compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards for all digital solutions.
  • Monitors the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to drive innovation and differentiation.
  • Increases adoption and engagement of digital products through internal enablement and customer education strategies.


MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads and inspires a team of product and digital managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provides coaching, mentorship, and professional development to support team growth and success.
  • Establishes clear goals and performance metrics, regularly assessing progress to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to communicate product vision, progress, and business impact.


QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Expertise in digital product development methodologies, including Agile and Design Thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product strategies that drive results.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, APIs, and emerging fintech trends to inform innovation.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in digital architecture concepts, including cloud platforms, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Experience with product analytics tools to enable data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital banking products and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory environment, and customer experience principles.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
  • 10+ years experience in product management, digital strategy, or financial services required and
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $127,490 to $210,430 per year in CO and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short- term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
