Key Responsibilities- Provide thought leadership to IT support leaders, shaping and maintaining a high-performing operating model at critical company locations.
- Lead and develop support teams across 10+ strategically located corporate offices and headquarters.
- Serve as a dedicated member of the Executive Support Team, ensuring seamless technology support for Humana's senior executives.
- Take ownership of all office technology, including conference room technology, enterprise network, digital signage, printers, and shared devices.
- Act as a liaison between executives and technical teams, translating technology needs, facilitating the development of solutions and deployment.
- Deliver hands-on, world-class technical support to associates in the Frisco corporate office, proactively resolving issues to maximize satisfaction.
- Partner with engineering and support teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal performance of office technology and network infrastructure.
- Support and facilitate critical business meetings and events, ensuring all technology components operate flawlessly.
- Provide escalation and break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Research and resolve moderate to complex technical issues escalated from first-line support teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Document, track, and monitor issues using applicable systems and tools for continuous improvement.
- Influence departmental strategy, contribute to decision-making, and collaborate with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Foster a culture of coaching and development within the support team, encouraging growth and excellence.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications- Minimum 6 years of technical experience; at least 2 years in a management role.
- Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Proven track record (10+ years) in leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of operations, technology, communications, and organizational processes.
- Demonstrated passion for enhancing consumer experiences through technology.
- Exceptional customer service skills, professional demeanor, thought leadership, and outstanding communication abilities.
Preferred QualificationsAdditional InformationWork-At-Home Requirements- WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$142,300 - $195,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
