Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 Months + Extension
Bill Rate: $70/hour

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA/testing experience in enterprise software environments.
- 2+ years as QA Lead, Test Lead, or Senior QA with formal leadership responsibility.
- Extensive hands-on Playwright or Selenium automation experience.
- Playwright + TypeScript strongly preferred.
- Strong BRD/FR analysis, RTM design, requirements traceability, and coverage management.
- Strong API testing and SQL/database validation.
- Experience supervising testers, reviewing test artifacts, leading defect triage, and reporting to management.
- Experience with Git, code review, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
Highly Desired
- Playwright + TypeScript framework design and migration from Selenium.
- Reusable fixtures, Page Objects, API clients, test-data factories, and custom reporting.
- Performance-testing exposure.
- Parallel execution and worker-safe test design.
- UI + API + database validation within a single business workflow.
- Docker/container familiarity.
- Accessibility-testing exposure.
