Full Stack Developer – Agentic AI / A2A

Job Summary

We are seeking Full Stack Developers with strong Agentic AI and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) experience to join a team building next-generation monitoring and analytics capabilities.

The role will focus primarily on backend development and AI-driven solutions, with some frontend/UI development. The team is currently working in an on-premises environment and is building a new monitoring dashboard and supporting infrastructure on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications and monitoring solutions.

• Build AI Agents and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows for automated processes and intelligent analysis.

• Develop solutions that use AI to analyze build failures, identify issues, and provide actionable insights.

• Build backend services, APIs, monitoring components, and supporting nodes.

• Develop and integrate Kafka-based event/data streaming solutions.

• Build and enhance frontend dashboards using React.

• Support migration/modernization of monitoring capabilities into an AWS environment.

• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to integrate AI capabilities with existing systems.

• Work with on-premises infrastructure while supporting cloud-based AWS development.

• Troubleshoot application, build, and deployment issues and develop automated solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python.

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.

• Strong Agent-to-Agent (A2A) experience is mandatory.

• Experience building or integrating A2A workflows/protocols with AI Agents.

• Strong experience with AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Kafka.

• Strong React development experience.

• Strong backend development experience with exposure to full-stack development.

• Experience developing monitoring dashboards, services, or platform engineering solutions.

• Experience working with AI to analyze or troubleshoot software/build failures.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java.

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

• Experience with on-premises infrastructure and cloud modernization.

• Experience with CI/CD, build pipelines, observability, or monitoring platforms.
