SAP O2C/SD Consultant

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled SAP O2C/SD Consultant with 14+ years of experience in the Retail industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, order-to-cash processes, availability-to-promise, SAP Commerce, and retail-specific operations. They should possess a deep understanding of sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and integration with various retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP O2C projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with e-commerce, POS, and WMS systems
• Ensure smooth operation of order management, inventory availability, and fulfillment processes
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA system
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system reliability
• Train end-users on new functionalities and processes

Requirements

Required Skills

• Minimum of 14 years of experience as an SAP O2C/SD Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, and retail-specific processes
• Experience in sales order management, pricing, availability/ATP, delivery, billing, and returns
• Hands-on experience in SAP Commerce integration and omnichannel order management
• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and create functional specifications
• Experience in testing, implementation, and production support of SAP systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP HANA and retail software design
• Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems and electronic commerce
• Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
