Title: Program Manager/Product Manager

Job Details:

Proven experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, successfully delivering complex projects within timelines and budget constraints.
Over five years of experience demonstrating strong knowledge of IT systems, banking operations, and operational processes.
Strong understanding of systems integration, project governance, and management practices.
Business-focused professional with extensive exposure to banking processes, technology initiatives, and organizational change management.
Capable of making independent decisions and applying strategic thinking with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex Commercial Banking projects and small-to-medium interrelated programs.
Define and oversee all aspects of project planning, including scope, schedules, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Track project/program execution, identify risks and issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Maintain project documentation, tracking logs, databases, and project/program portals.
Represent the PMO and business units in consolidating related projects into strategic programs.
Assess resource requirements, coordinate staffing needs, and manage vendor or contract resources.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through networking, training, seminars, and publications.
Ensure compliance with enterprise project management standards while contributing to process improvements.
