A bit about us:

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join our growing aerospace engineering team. The Product Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, development, production, and continuous improvement of aerospace products and components. This role will work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, quality standards, cost targets, and production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with aerospace components, precision manufacturing, engineering drawings, GD&T, and configuration-controlled products. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of product design and manufacturing.

Job Details
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Engineering, preferably within an aerospace or advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with CAD software; SolidWorks experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization, including working directly with customers and cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
