Summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an Operations Analyst II to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Special Projects Office (SPO), in Arlington, VA. The Operations Analyst II will provide analytical, operational, and programmatic support for Strategic Explorations and Special Programs initiatives supporting high-visibility research and development efforts within a fast-paced DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and analytical support to SPO leadership and Program Managers across Strategic Explorations and Special Programs
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze program, financial, schedule, logistical, and operational information to support leadership decision-making and program execution
  • Assist with program plans, quarterly reviews, transition planning, reports, briefings, and technical/programmatic documentation
  • Support milestone tracking, operational coordination, and decision-support activities for internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply analytical methods and problem-solving techniques to support organizational and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain action trackers, and support stakeholder communications
  • Assist with documentation management across classified and unclassified environments
  • Support short-notice tasking and rapidly shifting priorities in a high-tempo operational environment

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Operations Research, or a related field required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience
  • Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required
  • Experience supporting operations analysis, program analysis, operational coordination, or analytical support activities within a DoD or Federal Government environment
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational, financial, logistical, or program-related data
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short turnaround deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively within classified and unclassified environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous DARPA, DoD HQ, or SETA support experience
  • Experience supporting research and development (R&D) programs
  • Experience supporting technical reviews, milestone tracking, or operational planning activities
  • Familiarity with Government collaboration tools, repositories, and tracking systems
