Senior Archer Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Archer Developer in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications
* Perform end-to-end Archer configuration
* Develop and support custom objects and complex data models
* Build and maintain API-based integrations with internal and external systems
* Work extensively with Archer Next Gen UI to improve usability and performance
* Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Dev, QA, and Prod environments
* Partner with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions
* Ensure adherence to Archer best practices, security, and performance standards
* Provide documentation, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Technical Consultant
* Strong knowledge of Archer architecture, data model, and core configurations
* Experience with custom objects, REST APIs, and system integrations
* Hands-on experience with Archer Next Gen UI
* Support for multiple use cases (RCSA, Issues, Risk Register, Compliance, Audit)
* Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience integrating Archer with platforms like Snowflake or ServiceNow (preferred)
* Knowledge of GRC processes, upgrades, data migrations, and regulated environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
