Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range: $48hr - $50hr on w2 Only The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
