TDM (Technical Delivery Manager)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of POS, Inventory, Labor Management, Makeline, and Driver Dispatch solutions.
• Manage API integrations, middleware connectivity, and system interoperability across internal and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and program managers to ensure successful deployments.
• Oversee integration testing, deployment readiness, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Track technical dependencies, risks, and milestones while maintaining documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• 8+ years of Technical Delivery, Technical Project Management, or Engineering Leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and enterprise-scale POS deployments.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, middleware, system integrations, and deployment processes.
• Experience working with multiple vendors in retail or restaurant technology environments.
• Agile delivery experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Note: Must be willing to travel occasionally to Louisville and/or Atlanta.
