Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Real Estate Equity & Debt, and Investment Technology. The ideal candidate will work with business and technology teams to deliver technology solutions, manage project portfolios, and support strategic initiatives.
Required Skills:
· 10+ years of Business Analysis and Technology Delivery experience.
· Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Real Estate Equity, and Real Estate Debt.
· Experience with Investment Technology and Real Estate Investment platforms.
· Strong knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
· Experience managing technology projects, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with RealPage, Yardi, MRI, Real Insight, or Quickbase.
· Background in Real Estate Investment Management or Private Equity.
· Experience supporting US and European Real Estate businesses.
Mandatory Skills:
Technical Business Analysis, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Real Estate Equity & Debt, Investment Technology, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Project Portfolio Management, Stakeholder Management.
