Clear ownership and boundary definition
Proactively defines who owns what across Platform, DB2 Modernization, FO Analytics, FO Data Engineering, and PI DAE to eliminate ambiguity and prevent duplicated effort
Controlled and phased onboarding execution
Ability to sequence onboarding based on readiness, business urgency, and platform maturity rather than enabling broad access prematurely
