Job Title: Lead Software Engineer – LevelPath

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between LevelPath and Oracle Fusion ERP, supplier systems, and other business platforms.
Build and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and file-based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent platforms.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization for procurement master data, suppliers, contracts, and transactional data.
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
Participate in architecture and code reviews; ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

10+ years in leading enterprise software implementation projects, preferably with LevelPath
LevelPath APIs, workflow configuration, AI capabilities, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Integration with Oracle Cloud ERP using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0
API Gateways, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Message Queues, Kafka
API security and authentication mechanisms

Preferred Skills

Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay business processes including sourcing, supplier lifecycle, and contract management
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ETL, file-based integrations (BICC/FBDI), master data synchronization
Java or Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, cloud-native application architecture
