Job Roles/Responsibilities:

Application & Production Support
Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications and related integrations.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, user issues, and system defects.
Monitor application health, performance, and data integrity across environments.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
PLM Functional Support
Support Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), Change Management, Configuration Management, and Product Structure processes.
Assist business users in resolving issues related to Parts, Documents, CAD Data, Change Actions, and Workflows.
Support release management and promotion of objects across environments.
Ensure compliance with PLM governance and business processes.
Integration & Data Support
Support interfaces between 3DX and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, SCM, WERS, SAP, Teamcenter, or downstream applications.
Investigate integration failures and perform data validation and reconciliation.
Support data migration, bulk load activities, and data correction exercises.
Analyze logs and troubleshoot API/service-related issues.
System Administration Support
Support user access management, roles, licenses, and security configurations.
Assist in platform upgrades, patches, deployments, and environment maintenance activities.
Perform system monitoring and capacity/performance analysis.
Support backup, recovery, and system validation activities.
Service Management
Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes using ITIL processes.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of support tickets.
Prepare support metrics, dashboards, and operational reports.
Participate in on-call support and critical production issue management.
Required Technical Skills
Core 3DEXPERIENCE Expertise
Strong experience with Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
Hands-on experience in:
ENOVIA
Product Structure Management
Change Management
Document Management
Configuration Management
Collaboration and Lifecycle Management
Technical Skills
SQL and database troubleshooting.
REST APIs, Web Services, and Integration troubleshooting.
Linux/Unix environments.
Log analysis and debugging.
Production support methodologies and incident management.
PLM Domain Knowledge
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Engineering Change Management
BOM Management
Product Development Processes
Automotive or Manufacturing Industry experience
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting FEDEBOM, MBOM, AS-BOM, or Vehicle Program structures.
Knowledge of CAD integrations (CATIA, NX, Creo).
Experience with SAP integration.
Exposure to Cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices.
Experience with Teamcenter-to-3DX migration or coexistence environments.
Knowledge of scripting technologies such as Java, TCL, JavaScript, or Python.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years supporting 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications.
ITIL certification is preferred.
