Workday HCM Consultant / Analyst

Introduction

We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant / Analyst to support Workday HCM implementation, configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, enhancements, and production support. This position is suitable for candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level Workday HCM Analysts to Senior Workday HCM Consultants. Candidates with experience in HR systems, HRIS, HR business processes, or related technologies are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM business processes.
• Work with Workday modules including:
  • Core HCM
  • Recruiting
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Absence Management
  • Time Tracking
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday Reports, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields.
• Support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
• Perform functional and integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support Workday releases, upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, HRIS, and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Provide production support and investigate Workday-related issues.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Workday HCM and HR business processes.
• Understanding of Workday configuration and business processes.
• Experience or knowledge of Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Workday HCM Certification.
• Experience with:
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Workday Studio
  • Core Connectors
  • PECI
  • PICOF
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, SQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and APIs.
• Experience supporting or implementing HRIS/HR systems.
• Knowledge of Workday integration architecture and data flows.
