Required Experience
- 11+ years of Application Development experience
- Strong Full Stack Development expertise
- Experience translating complex business processes into technical solutions
Backend:
- Java, Spring, Spring Boot
- Hibernate / JPA
- REST APIs, JSON
- Microservices Architecture
Frontend:
- Angular / React / Vue
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
Databases:
- Oracle, SQL Server
- NoSQL databases
DevOps & Tools:
- Git, Jenkins, Maven
- Docker, Kubernetes
Other Key Skills:
- IBM MQ or messaging systems
- OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID, JWT
- CI/CD pipelines
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- JUnit, Selenium (Playwright preferred)
- Design & develop full stack applications (Java + modern JS frameworks)
- Build scalable, secure, high-performance systems
- Develop & integrate RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (POs, architects, etc.)
- Implement CI/CD, containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor team members & support knowledge transfer
- Strong problem-solving & debugging skills
