We have a part time or full time short term opportunity for an experirenced Workvivo Senior Analyst/Developer to work on a specialized short term project to evaluate an internal enterprise system.

Position can be remote and is short term and flexible hours.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Phase 1: Audit & Discovery

• Environment Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of our current Workvivo setup, evaluating space structures, permission models, governance, integration points, user adoption, and mobile accessibility.
• Workflow Analysis: Review existing internal communications, approval processes, forms, and widget workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Sitemap & Architecture: Develop a clean, intuitive Site Map and Information Architecture (IA) designed to streamline navigation, improve searchability, and target relevant content to specific employee segments.

Phase 2: Strategy & Recommendations

• Optimization Roadmap: Deliver a detailed audit report highlighting quick wins, medium-term enhancements, and long-term strategic recommendations for platform growth.
• Governance & Best Practices: Recommend internal guidelines for content management, space creation, permissions, and lifecycle management to prevent clutter.
• Analytics & KPI Mapping: Define metrics to measure platform health, user engagement, and content reach moving forward.

Phase 3: Execution & Content Creation

• Platform Refinement: Implement approved architectural adjustments, navigational updates, and workflow modernizations within Workvivo.
• Content Creation & Structuring: Build out foundational spaces, landing pages, and initial core content (e.g., employee resource hubs, announcements, onboard guides) aligned with best practices.
• Stakeholder Enablement: Create simple documentation or short training sessions to hand off maintenance to internal teams.
• Including Sitemap creation is required during this engagement.

qualifications:

Qualifications & Requirements

Workvivo Expertise: Hands-on experience designing, building, or managing intranets on Workvivo (or similar modern employee experience platforms like Staffbase, Unily, or Simpplr).

Information Architecture: Proven track record in site mapping, content taxonomy, and designing intuitive enterprise navigation structures.

Workflow & Process Optimization: Ability to audit administrative workflows and integrate tools/widgets to streamline internal communication and operational tasks.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Workvivo administrative configurations, API integrations, web hooks, analytics tools, and modern web formatting/styling.

Content & Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and content design skills for digital workplace audiences.

Project Management: Self-directed with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise tools often integrated into intranets (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HRIS platforms like Workday or BambooHR).

Prior experience managing a digital workplace migration or major platform re-architecture.

Deliverables

Workvivo Audit Report: Evaluation of existing platform health, permissions, workflows, and engagement metrics.

Target Information Architecture / Site Map: Visual site map and navigation hierarchy optimized for corporate and deskless employees.

Strategic Recommendations Document: Prioritized roadmap for functionality, integrations, and governance.

Content & Layout Implementation: Redesigned spaces, updated workflows, and initial high-impact content setup.
