Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with a strong Manufacturing background to provide hands-on production support at client manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate should have functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and be comfortable working closely with business users to resolve production issues and support day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion SCM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Strong Manufacturing domain knowledge.
• Experience processing and supporting:
• Sales Orders
• Work Orders
• Shipments
• Production Support
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Oracle Manufacturing
• Oracle Inventory Management
• Oracle Shipping
• Ability to analyze production issues and provide functional solutions.
• Experience supporting end users in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP).
• Experience working in onsite manufacturing plants.
• Production support and incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
• Process and troubleshoot Sales Orders, Work Orders, Inventory, and Shipping transactions.
• Analyze and resolve production issues impacting manufacturing operations.
• Work closely with business users and plant operations teams.
• Support manufacturing processes and ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements
