Job Summary:-
Seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead enterprise CRM and Sales Automation programs. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Customer 360, Entitlements, and end-to-end CRM implementations. PMP certification is required, with SAFe/Agile (Scrum Master preferred). Experience managing cross-functional teams of 8 15 members and delivering multi-million-dollar CRM transformation programs is essential.

Mandatory Skills

End-to-End Software CRM and Sales Automation experience.
PMP certification required; SAFe/Agile certification required (Scrum Master certification preferred).
Strong experience managing Salesforce (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs.
Experience with Entitlements and Customer 360 domain (Contractual & Transactional).
Knowledge of WXP, Neuron, Amplify, and MDG integrations.
Proven track record of managing CRM programs with teams of 8 15 members and multi-million-dollar budgets.
