Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience developing and supporting Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI) with strong expertise in workflow automation and data integration.
5+ years of senior-level experience in SharePoint Online (M365) development and administration, including site creation, permissions, lists/libraries, and intranet solutions.
Experience with HTML/CSS, enterprise content governance, and the ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Nice to Have Skills:

4+ years of experience supporting enterprise users in large environments.
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform.
