Summary

Our healthcare client on the East Coast is looking for a Workday Integrations Workstream Lead to join their team in an 18 + month contract capacity. While this position is primarily remote, this individual will be required to come on-site for Workday implementation events.

Required Experience:
  • 8 + of Workday Integrations experience
  • 3 + years of management / leadership experience
  • At least two large Workday ERP implementations (Finance + HCM; Research Administration & SCM strongly preferred)
  • Academic medical center or multi-entity healthcare experience
  • Workday Certifications preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the integration workstream for our Workday implementation.
  • Serves as the client authority for integration design, configuration oversight, and ecosystem data flow integrity. Co-manages the integration workstream using a two-in-the-box model with our system implementation (SI) partner.
  • Defines integration priorities for client-owned interfaces
  • Coordinates with the SI partner on managing sequencing and dependencies, identifying cross-functional and technical impacts, and aligns integration approach to enterprise architecture standards.
  • Reviews and approves integration designs, conducts code reviews, ensures integrity of the solution and validates test strategy in partnership with program, project and testing leads. Co-manages end-to-end integration testing
  • Communicates risks and issues and using the project RAID log according to project guidelines.
  • Ensures compliance with enterprise standards and security policies.
  • Validates testing completeness and data quality controls.
  • Collaborates and takes direction from the Technical Domain Lead, ERP Program Director, and partners closely with the ERP Program Manager
