Cloud Operations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex break/fix issues, administer production systems, and resolve alerts while adhering to SLA parameters. [, ]
Stakeholder Management: Present technical solutions to C-level executives, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with cross-functional teams globally. [, , ]
AI & Continuous Improvement: Implement the latest AI/ML capabilities, optimize workflows, and maintain knowledge base documentation. [, ]

Core Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application delivery, technical support, or cloud solution consulting. [, ]
Certifications: Current OpenText Certification (e.g., in xECM, AppWorks, or relevant EIM solutions). ITIL certification (v3/v4) is highly preferred. [, , , , ]
Technical Stack:
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform), or Kubernetes.
- Environments: Windows Server, Linux/Unix, VMware.
