IAM Security Analyst

Seeking an Identity & Access Management professional to support enterprise access controls, user provisioning, and security operations across a large technology environment.

Responsibilities

Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and role-based permissions
Support SSO, MFA, and identity governance processes
Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues
Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance support activities
Partner with IT and security teams to improve IAM workflows and controls
Maintain documentation and support security initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years of IAM, cybersecurity, or security operations experience
Experience with access management, provisioning, and authentication tools
Knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and directory services
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience working in enterprise environments preferred
