Bachelor s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital product delivery.
Strong communication
translating problems into product requirements and journeys,
backlog /feature definition (Azure DevOps preferred).
Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, UX/UI, operations, and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience leveraging product metrics and KPIs.
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation, platform modernization, or enterprise application initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Proven track record of delivering products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Azure DevOps (preferred), Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Experience with customer journey mapping, process optimization, and value stream analysis.
Ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and enterprise technology environments.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent are preferred.
