Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to support the development, testing, and validation of advanced reactor technologies. This role involves creating specifications, conducting testing, and ensuring compliance with design and regulatory standards for next-generation systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and execute engineered tests for new technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts
  • Analyze complex technical problems and drive effective solutions
  • Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely completion
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks within projects
  • Develop design bases aligned with business and industry standards
  • Prepare and present technical documentation and reports
  • Work closely with technicians to assemble test setups and conduct specialized testing
  • Create manual and automated test procedures to validate product performance
  • Provide hands-on technical support during testing activities
  • Participate in domestic and occasional international travel for project support

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in testing complex electrical or electro-mechanical systems
  • Strong experience with:
    • FPGA Programming
    • Universal Verification Methodology (UVM)

Preferred Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with testing methodologies for new product designs
  • Knowledge of measurement devices and calibration processes
  • Experience troubleshooting analog and digital electronics
  • Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and similar tools
  • Programming experience in C, Python, LabVIEW, or LabWindows
  • Experience with automated test systems and scripting
  • Ability to write detailed technical documentation
  • Willingness to travel as required
