Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing enterprise software development projects involving GenAI, Agentic AI, Java, and Spring Boot technologies.

• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and project leadership skills, enabling them to effectively drive project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of complex technology initiatives.

• The candidate should be capable of collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering leadership while maintaining project schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities 
        Project Delivery & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving GenAI, Agentic AI, Java, and Spring Boot technologies.

• Define, manage, and track project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business partners.

• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership and project stakeholders.

• Coordinate with Technical Leads, Architects, ML Engineers, QA teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful project execution.

• Manage project planning, sprint execution, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

• Drive project governance, status meetings, delivery reviews, and executive reporting.

• Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, and change management processes.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, security requirements, compliance guidelines, and SDLC best practices.

• Facilitate seamless handoffs between development, QA, UAT, and production support teams.

 Technical Leadership & Problem Solving

• Provide strong techno-managerial leadership across project teams.

• Support technical decision-making and participate in solution discussions when required.

• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to resolving delivery and technical challenges.

• Work closely with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.

• Apply project prioritization and business impact analysis to guide execution decisions.

• Contribute to process improvements and delivery optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10+ years managing software development projects.

• Proven experience delivering projects involving Java and Spring Boot technologies.

• Experience managing projects involving Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments.
