Role Summary:



Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong multi-module expertise and hands-on architecture experience.



Required Expertise:







Strong experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)





Hands-on in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)





Experience in ITAM (HAM/SAM)





Exposure to SPM/ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC





CMDB architecture & data governance





Integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server)





Flow Designer, IntegrationHub





JavaScript & Glide APIs







Certifications:







CSA





CAD





CIS (Multiple modules preferred)





CTA







Key Responsibilities:







Define ServiceNow architecture & best practices





Lead implementations & upgrades





Design scalable, secure enterprise solutions





Review technical designs and guide development teams
