Job Details- Lead field operations for pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and GMP compliance.
- Supervise multidisciplinary construction activities including cleanroom HVAC systems, process piping, sanitary piping, and industrial electrical installations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, inspections, material deliveries, and commissioning activities to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage daily reporting, manpower tracking, documentation, and turnover processes while maintaining strict regulatory and operational standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences construction, preferably in a Superintendent or Lead Foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and construction practices within active or validated facilities.
- Proven experience overseeing mechanical/HVAC, process piping, sanitary piping, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain), along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
