We are looking for a Webmaster to lead a critical web modernization initiative, moving legacy sites to a centralized WordPress environment.
Role Details
- Location: Atlanta, GA (817 West Peachtree Street)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week)

Key Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate brings 3 5 years of experience in the following:
- WordPress Mastery: Deep expertise in building, managing, and migrating WordPress sites with a focus on SEO preservation and content integrity.
- Solution Mapping: Ability to audit legacy site features (forms, workflows, plugins) and map them to modern, platform-supported alternatives.
- Accessibility (WCAG): Solid understanding of web accessibility standards to ensure all migrated sites are inclusive and compliant.
- Client Engagement: Strong communication skills to gather requirements from stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with DNS configuration, domain setup, and Git/Version Control.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end migration "intake" process and track project status.
- Consult with site owners to assess readiness and prioritize transitions.
- Act as the primary liaison between hosting teams, vendors, and end-users.
- Document processes to ensure long-term knowledge sharing and transparency.
