Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate postmerger integration (PMI) programs across technology, business, and operational functions. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist with handson experience driving complex M&A programs, system integrations, and crossfunctional execution in fastmoving, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead endtoend postmerger integration (PMI) programs across engineering, product, IT, data, infrastructure, finance, HR, and business operations.
Build and manage integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Drive Day1 / Day30 / Day90 readiness and longterm integration execution.
Coordinate integration activities across SAP, Salesforce, CRM, ERP, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
Manage SIT and UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and stabilization.
Identify system, process, data, and operational dependencies across acquiring and acquired organizations.
Facilitate crossfunctional meetings, working sessions, and executive status updates.
Track risks, decisions, action items, and mitigation plans.
Establish clarity in ambiguous environments; drive decisions and resolve crossfunctional conflicts.
Ensure integration activities align with business objectives, technical requirements, compliance, and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years in Technical Program Management / Program Management / IT Program Management.
Proven experience leading M&A / postmerger integration programs.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business processes.
Experience across CRM, ERP, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Enterprise Apps, Engineering, and Business Ops.
Handson experience managing SIT/UAT cycles.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise system integrations.
Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, application integration, and process alignment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, crossfunctional programs with multiple dependencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.

Preferred M&A Experience:

Technology integration following acquisitions/mergers.
System, application, data, and process integration across organizations.
Day1 / Day30 / Day90 planning and execution.
Application rationalization and integration decisioning.
CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, and Data platform integrations.
Cutover planning, testing, operational readiness, and postintegration stabilization.
