Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling using Python, R, and SQL
- Develop compelling data visualizations using Tableau for executive presentations
- Partner with business teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Leverage Applied Statistical/ML techniques to solve complex business problems
- Design and execute analytical approaches for ambiguous, high-stakes challenges
Qualifications
Primary Skills (Expert Level - 15+ years required):
- Data Analytics - Advanced Statistical Analysis & Modeling
- Data Analytics - Data Visualization
Core Technical Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
- 15+ years experience in Analytics and Strategy roles (payments/fintech preferred)
- Strong business acumen with strategic and operational thinking
- Proven thought partner to cross-functional teams with actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to distill complex analysis into compelling narratives
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Applied Social Sciences
Preferred:
- Track record leading organization-wide strategic analytics initiatives
- Master's degree in relevant quantitative field
