Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of strategic banking applications as part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for modernizing legacy platforms, building enterprise-grade applications, and driving best practices across architecture, development, and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, React/Angular, cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices architectures within financial services environments. Experience supporting Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, or Credit Operations is highly preferred.

This individual will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support the bank's modernization and transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Application Design & Development

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise banking applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Establish development standards, coding practices, and reusable design patterns across the team.
• Participate in application modernization initiatives, migrating legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures.

Digital Transformation Leadership

• Serve as a technical lead on large-scale banking transformation programs.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, API enablement, and platform consolidation efforts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define technology roadmaps and future-state architectures.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide recommendations on emerging technologies and modernization strategies.
• Mentor development teams on modern engineering practices and architectural standards.

Banking & Lending Solutions

Design and support applications related to:

• Commercial Lending
• Consumer Lending
• Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Loan Servicing Platforms
• Credit Risk Management
• Underwriting Workflows
• Customer and Relationship Management Solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate lending and banking requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, security, and risk management standards.

API & Integration Development

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices supporting enterprise banking platforms.
• Integrate applications with core banking platforms, lending systems, third-party vendors, and enterprise data services.
• Develop secure integration frameworks leveraging event-driven and service-oriented architectures.
• Support real-time and batch integrations across business-critical systems.

Cloud & DevOps

• Build solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services.
• Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Support containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Promote infrastructure-as-code and automation best practices.

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize and execute deliverables.
• Support release planning, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Provide technical leadership during project execution and production support.
