RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a WiFi Product Manager to join the WiFi Product Management team in Greenwood Village. This will support the continued expansion of our WiFi platform portfolio across Residential, Business, and Community Solutions. The PM will guide the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle for a subset of WiFi products and features-from ideation and refinement through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
Highlights:

* Generate and validate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with internal and external stakeholders
* Conduct product ideation refinement, sizing, valuation, and prioritization
* Translate competitive research and market intelligence into executive-level presentations
* Retain ownership through multiple innovation cycles post-launch
* WiFi 7 Feature Development
* Assist with scoping, testing, and implementing next-generation WiFi 7 features, including:
* WPA3 (Compatibility Mode) security enhancements
* WiFi 7 Multi-Link Operation (MLO) capabilities
Duties:
* Propose expansion and implementation plans based on market conditions
* Compare technical CPE details to inform strategic direction
* Partner closely with WiFi Engineering, hardware, and software development teams
* Guide in-flight projects and provide need analysis during development cycles
* Implement tracking and reporting across exploration, development, and launch phases
* Maintain feature performance dashboards post-launch
* Recommend enhancements for underperforming products
* Support internal tools that manage feature deployment based on account type, equipment, location, and customer attributes
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS in a technical discipline related to telecommunications or product management
* 1-2+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience
* WiFi technical knowledge (standards, generations, feature sets)
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Executive-level presentation development capability
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure
* Ability to learn quickly in new environments and make immediate impact
* Effective collaboration with large, cross-functional teams
* Ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2+ years of experience with cable, telecommunications, software, or online services (strongly preferred)
* Experience translating customer feedback (internal & external) into actionable features
* Strong ability to develop executive-level materials for Group Vice President and VP-level audiences
* Experience with Hardware Product Management, and Software/Feature Product Management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
